Bondi Liquor Co is the first operating distillery based in the heart of Bondi Beach. All of our products are distilled onsite, making us truly ‘Bondi Original’.
We produce Gin and Vodka that is simple, clean, and wherever possible, we use organic, sustainable, and Australian grown botanicals.

At the front of our distillery lies what we believe is one of the best bars in Sydney. Serving a range of amazing cocktails with our gins and vodkas as the base, as well as a few special guest cocktails from our distilling friends.
We offer gin tasting flights, negroni tasting flights, and a gin blending masterclass to create your very own signature drop. And, if you’re looking for a great meal, our kitchen delivers the goods with a delicious sharing menu.
